A heart apart (Who's Coming?)

A Heart Apart is a childish take on grown-up vintage, with tons of pearls and charms and other pretty things. Designed by Chantal Braganza from Toronto, these earrings, necklaces and bracelets have cute little details like tiny shell birds, glass beads and hand wound brass wire.
